The Big Sky Folk Harp Festival has become a reality!
Those who came to the ISFHC HarpCon 2005 know what this means………..those who were unable to attend now have the chance to experience the beauty of Montana combined with a world-class harp festival. Big Sky will have it all: concerts, workshops, exhibit hall, jams….. everything you have come to expect of a harp festival plus the added bonus of a beautiful and serene setting only 18 miles north of Yellowstone National Park.
The festival will be held at Big Sky Resort and be very similar to HarpCon 2005 with some improvements and the usual surprises. There will be familiar faces as well as some new ones, so plan now to attend.
The festivities will begin with a not-to-be-missed “4th of July Salute to American Music” on Wednesday evening featuring the Music of Broadway with Ray Pool, Jazz with Park Stickney, American Folk Tunes with Louise Trotter, and Rock ‘n Roll with the WolfTones.
The whole festival (including the exhibit hall) will be held under one roof at the Yellowstone Conference Center.
